Provides cash assistance to help adults receiving Supplemental Security Income - SSI pay for their basic needs. Adults who are blind, have a disability, or are age 65 and older but don't qualify for SSI because of their income may still be eligible for MSA if they meet income requirements.The basic monthly MSA grant is calculated using either the maximum SSI amount (Federal Benefit Rate) for the adult or their countable income (if they do not receive SSI), and the MSA standard set by state law.Special Needs GrantMSA also may provide special payments for adults who need:- Certain home repairs- Certain household furniture and appliances- Guardian or conservator service fees- Help paying for housing costs through MSA Housing Assistance- Medically prescribed special diets- Representative payee servicesAdults who receive MSA are also eligible for help with medical, food, and housing costs through Medical Assistance - MA, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - SNAP, and MSA Housing Assistance programs.

Active Seniors: Provides adults 55+ with a variety of diverse activities such as exercise, wellness, and social/recreation designed to support independenceCare Consultation: Keystone Care Consultants help seniors navigate their health, economic, and social needs. Care managers meet with individuals in their homes or at one of the community centers to conduct an assessment, gather input from caregivers, and create goals. Once the assessment is complete, services may include: setting up rides to a social program, researching housing options, making a referral to an agency that helps with grocery shopping and/or cleaning, providing caregiver support, and accompanying seniors to doctor visits.In-Home Help: Social workers coordinate with Recover Health to provide seniors with in-home nursing care, in-home therapies, and home health aides to assist with daily care.?Tax Preparation Assistance: Provides tax services in coordination with AARP to seniors.
