Provides intensive, community-based mental health support for children and youth experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges. Offers individualized therapy, skill-building, crisis intervention, and family/foster support to improve daily functioning, stabilize symptoms, and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement. Services are delivered in the home, foster placement, or community, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and empowering youth to thrive in their environment.

Offering In-Office Appointments and In-Home Appointments that are within 10 miles of the Grand Rapids Office. Provides extra support to help stretch a household's food budget - it is not meant to cover all the groceries a family needs.Monthly benefits are loaded on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which looks and works like a debit card. The card can be used to buy groceries at authorized stores, farmers markets, and online retailers. Many organizations, including technical and community colleges, community-based organizations, county agencies, tribes, and CareerForce Centers provide SNAP E&T programs and services. Programs can include career planning, job search, training for in-demand jobs, student support, financial support, and continued support once a participant has a job.

The Child Support Division assists with:- Adjusting court orders based on the cost-of-living index- Collecting and processing payments- Establishing parentage- Establishing and enforcing court orders for child support, medical support, and child care support- Locating parents- Reviewing and modifying court orders for support- Works with other states to enforce support when one parent does not live in MinnesotaMinnesota Child Support Online https://www.childsupport.dhs.state.mn.us/Welcome.request : an interactive website developed by the State of Minnesota to provide child support participants with information about their case(s).NOTE: Either parent of a child may get certain child support services. Parents who do not receive public assistance can apply for services at their county child support office for a one-time $25 service fee. Parents who receive public assistance for a child whose other parent does not live with them are automatically referred for services and are not charged a service fee.

Advocacy and support for students and families whose students are receiving special education services or are on 504 plans. Services include:- Community education on disability related topics- Individualized Education Plan (IEP)/school advocacy- Information and referral- Provides training for parents and other interested persons to help with a better understanding of the special education process and navigate the system more independently

Provides the Driving Diversion Program (DDP), a driver's license reinstatement program that allows individuals to reinstate their driver's license and drive legally while paying off fines and fees. A monthly fee is based on an individual's ability to pay. This includes individuals who have a canceled IPS status to help them navigate the legal system, review their file of requirements, and establish a timeline to remove their canceled IPS status.

Statewide Kinship Navigation program for those caring for a relative's or friend's child:- One-to-one supportive services to provide in-depth assistance to kinship caregivers- Support and education groups for kinship caregivers- Warmline to help kinship caregivers access financial, medical, legal, and other resource- Workshops are available online live or through webinars at www.kinshipcaregivers.org

This program works to educate the larger community about issues of sexual violence and risk-reduction strategies.Support Within Reach gives educational presentations to any age group, with special emphasis placed on at-risk populations such as developmentally delayed and youth in placement programs. In addition, we provide professional trainings to those who respond to victims of sexual violence such as law enforcement, probation officers, medical personnel, human services, and many more. We are also committed to raising public awareness around the issue of sexual violence.
