Loans augmentative communication equipment to persons with ALS when they lose their ability to speak, if the device is not covered by their medical insurance and is available in the inventory. Also provides electronic aids for daily living to individuals with ALS and assists with computer access.

Provides outreach and support for youth who are experiencing homelessness. Drop-in outreach provides a safe, welcoming space for youth to access assistance. Services include:- Assistance with obtaining and maintaining housing - Coordinated entry assessments - Connections to housing resources and referrals to community supports- Ongoing case management - Support in building social connections - Support in maintaining and increasing financial stability - Snacks available during drop-in hours

Offers a nurse line available 24 hours/7 days a week for individuals who may need to speak with a nurse about medical care and where to go for care. Nurses can provide medical advice on what potential options are available such as virtual care, primary care, urgent care options, or seek emergency care if needed at a North Memorial Health System location.

Free Shelf: Provides support service to families with young children. Families can visit once per month to pick up necessities such as diapers, toiletries, and household supplies.Benevolence: Helps with financial assistance for expenses up to $200. Must provide documentation of the need. Documents are submitted to the director for review. Assistance may include: a phone bill, quote for new tires, letter from landlord, etc. Individuals can recieve assistance once a year.If approved, money goes directly for the item or service, not to the individual. Grace Place is limited to gifting up to $200 per month. Once that $200 is met, no requests will be accepted until the following month.

Families and individuals can use the food shelf once per month by appointment. The food shelf:- Accepts donations of nonperishable food and select personal care/household items are accepted. Donations accepted include menstrual products, toilet paper, and paper towel.- Food delivery program designed to make food access simple for those unable to visit the food shelf in person- Offers curbside pick-up services are available during service hours. Families and individuals can pick up food as needed.
