The surveys evaluate the quality of care and services provided, as well as the appropriateness of the facility's building, equipment, staffing, policies, procedures, and finances.Nursing Home Report Card: Online information on nursing homes. Every nursing home in the state has been given up to five stars in each of eight quality measures, including inspections, and quality of care and a quality-of-life survey among more than one-third of all residents. Enter a ZIP code and a range of miles, then select three priorities from the eight quality measures, a list of the homes ranked by those criteria appear.
