The program offers two options for seniors depending on their geographic area: - Congregate Meals: Meals served midday in Belle Plaine and Jordan - Home Delivered Meals: Meals delivered directly to seniors in certain cities

A Rule 25 Chemical Health Assessment may be ordered by a court, or an individual may want to pursue an assessment on their own to determine if there is an issue with their chemical use. If a person is deemed by an assessor to be in need of treatment, at any level, a referral and placement in a treatment center of the client's choice may occur. Ross Resources is one of the Itasca County contracted agencies to provide these assessments to both youth and adults who are Itasca County residents. A referral/intake form will need to be completed and insurance information will be gathered. If an individual does not have insurance, they are still eligible for treatment dollars through the Consolidated Fund should they qualify.

Provides assisted living services at Auburn Courts and Auburn Meadows in private home-like style apartments. Services include:- Amenities such as elevators, a wellness center, a celebration center, a movie theater, off-street parking, and coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor- Care attendant on site 24 hours/7 days a week and a registered nurse available during business hours- Daily reassurance checks- Personal emergency call system- Transportation to nearby destinations- Light weekly housekeeping and meals- Incontinence care- Medication management

Food shelf which provides 20 pounds of food per person. Families of four or more can visit twice a month. Individuals can visit once a month.Accepts donations of food items such as fresh produce, fresh or frozen meat, dairy, shelf stable milk or non-dairy alternatives, and more.

A psychiatric provider performs a psychological assessment. This includes an overview of the client's symptoms and medical history. Based on the assessment, the clinician makes a diagnosis and develops a treatment plan. The decision to take medicine is up to the client. The provider reviews potential medications, possible side effects and proper dosages.

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers.Works to strengthen families and engage the ability of all parents to provide an environment that supports the healthy development of their child. Offers a community-based retail program operated by ACTS of Olivia that sells donated clothing, furniture, household goods, and other merchandise at affordable prices. Provides vocational training and supervised employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, helping them develop job skills such as customer service, task completion, teamwork, and workplace responsibility. All proceeds support ACTS programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
