Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a form of evidence-based psychotherapy that works with guided eye movements to replace troubling memories associated with distressing emotions like fear and anger with new peaceful and/or pleasant ones. ART has shown healing benefits can occur within one to five sessions and has been successfully used to treat the following, often with significant benefits experienced in the first session:· Depression· Anxiety· Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)· Substance use issues· History of abuse· Grief· Many other mental health and/or emotional issues

Municipal fire services

The program is a voluntary, early intervention program that focuses on a family's strengths and needs through support systems. Once enrolled in the Parent Support Outreach Program, help is provided to at-risk families to avoid future incidents of child maltreatment and to enhance child and family well-being, including:- Comprehensive assessments, early intervention, outreach, and supportive and therapeutic services- Connect families with county and community-based services- Limited financial assistance for families to meet basic needs

Pays for room and board for seniors and adults with disabilities who have low incomes. Aims to reduce and prevent people from living in institutions or becoming homeless.All recipients receive assistance each month to help pay for rent and food. Some recipients also receive Housing Support supplemental funding to provide other services if they don't qualify for home and community-based waiver programs, including but not limited to:- Arranging for medical and social services- Arranging for meetings and appointments- Assistance with transportation- Medication remindersThe individual's housing provider receives payments to pay for rent, utilities, food, household supplies, and other necessities.

Provides the following services:- Building and facility maintenance- Engineering services for county projects- Environmental services such as water resource monitoring and road/park tree management- Land survey- Roadway Maintenance such as routine maintenance of roads and bridges and snow and ice control- Traffic services including road stripping, traffic sign installation and repair, and traffic signal maintenance

Offers residential treatment programs for individuals that are designed for people who want to step away from outside influences and envelop themselves in a secure, substance-free environment where they can focus on treatment.Relapse prevention track helps individuals understand the emotional, physical, and mental stages of relapse so they can better detect signs and symptoms of mental relapse and begin practicing coping skills. Clinicians will engage in psychoeducation, through exercises, including a chain analysis of relapse, brain development exercises, and developing a sober support network.

Offers free counseling, help with choosing an adoptive family, legal referral, financial assistance (for housing, medical, transport, etc.), hospital-stay planning, and post-placement support.

Provides 54 permanent year-round beds and 8 emergency overnight beds during the winter months (November - April). Other services include: - Laundry: Limited availability, done by staff- Meals- Showers: Hygiene supplies provided Note: No pets allowed

Financial resource services include:- Billing and insurance program- Patient assistance program: Assistance with payment for medications not covered by insurance or high co-pays- Sliding fee scale program: Fee reduction program for medical and dental is available to patients based on income guidelines, regardless of other coverage. Transportation assistance may be available for Sliding Fee Scale patients who need help with the cost of getting to the clinic.

LSS Guardianship Option services include:Guardianship or Conservatorship: Manages the health and care of incapacitated individuals in the least restrictive manner possible and advocates in their best interest. Guardians and Conservators are appointed by the court. If an individual has no family or friends to assume the responsibility, LSS my be appointed. LSS staff gather information from individuals, caregivers and medical personnel to make medical and care decisions.Personal Representative of the Estate: Following court appointment, LSS completes probate requirements and handles disposition of assets according to the individual's wishes.Power of Attorney: Through a legally executed power of attorney, LSS is authorized to assist individuals in managing income and assets. Services may include check writing, checkbook balancing, assistance with financial and medical forms, assistance with retrofitting, maintenance, preparation for sale, the sale or purchase of property.Pooled Trust: Protects the public benefits of people with disabilities of any age while maintaining resources that will be available for their special or supplemental needs. The creation of a pooled trust moves assets from being countable for purposes of Medicaid and Social Security eligibility to being non-countable assets.Care Coordinator: Partners in decision making with individuals who may be alone and who may need help with contracting of repairs or services in the home, scheduling of appointments and making payments to providers.

Provides more support than traditional assisted living but ideal for individuals who do not require around-the-clock skilled nursing care in a home-like setting. Provides general information on child care assistance programs to help families pay for child care for children up to age 12 and for children with special needs up to age 14. Child care costs may be paid for families while parents work, look for work, or attend school.

Coordinates and funds scholarships for youth and adults to attend programs in specific industries, at approved educational institutions

Assists patients in managing chronic health conditions and recovering from illness or surgery from the comfort of their own homes. Services available include:- Assistance with exercise- Bathing and grooming- Chronic disease management and teaching- Exercise programs- IV therapy for antibiotics or total parenteral nutrition- Medication monitoring and teaching- Rehabilitation- Wound and ostomy teaching and care

Provides secured assisted living memory care for people experiencing mild to moderate dementia. Staffed 24 hours a day, with a nurse on site 7 days a week.
