Services include:- Assistance with daily activities and personal care, such as bathing and grooming, to ensure the resident's comfort and dignity- Care coordination with the resident's healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective management of any medical conditions- Emotional and psychosocial support for the resident and their family, including grief counseling and spiritual support- Pain management and symptom control to provide relief from physical discomfort- Support for families during the end-of-life process, including education on the dying process, partnership with hospice care, and advance care planning.

Provides both long-term skilled-nursing care and short-term transitional care. Services may include:- 24-hour nursing- Rehabilitation therapy (physical, occupational, speech)- Private suites- Post-surgical and medical condition recovery- Therapeutic recreation and wellness/rehab programming

These and other services are available at no cost to program participants who meet eligibility requirements.A variety of services are available including: career planning and personal counseling for career decision making, developing job goals and personal planning, training and retraining resources to update skills or acquire skills in a new field, job-seeking skills workshops on preparing resumes and cover letters, learning and practicing interviewing skills and networking, job clubs to meet other job seekers to network, check current job openings, and discuss issues.Placement services are also available including leads developed by counselors and agencies. Support services in certain cases are available for expenses such as child care and transportation, to enable participants to achieve their employment or training goals.

Financial assistance varies depending on household income and fuel costs.Provides additional grants for eligible households who need help with:- Getting reconnected to heat and power after disconnections- Paying for emergency fuel deliveries of propane, heating oil, or biofuel- Preventing disconnection- Weatherization program, such as free repairs or upgrades in the home for ventilation, insulation, or a homeowner's broken heating system for a furnace repair/replacement. May cover water or sewer bills.

Provides accessible units, bathrooms, and kitchenettes for easy mobility and assistance with health care needs and household tasks. Offers on-site health care visits with licensed providers, 24/7 nursing care, spiritual care support through support groups, and church services.???John Paul Apartments: Provides older adults 62 and older subsidized living apartments with enhanced services.

Assistance paying child care costs for children up to age 12 and for children with special needs up to age 14. This program is geared towards youth at risk of not finishing school. The main focuses are to assist with completing high school, move on to post-secondary, and/or transition to work.
