The Energy Assistance Program provides additional grants for eligible households who need help with: - Getting reconnected to heat and power after disconnections- Paying for emergency fuel deliveries of propane, heating oil, or biofuel- Preventing disconnection- Providing emergency heating system repair or replacement for homeowners- Weatherization services to both homeowners and renters to reduce home energy consumption and costs for eligible households by improving the energy efficiency in homes

Neighborhood Watch involves residents watching out for one another.
