Groups last an average of 6-8 weeks and can last up to 12 weeks.Themes for Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program include identifying emotions, communication, family relationships, anger, mindfulness, healthy boundaries, coping with stress, self-esteem, gratitude, depression, anxiety, and self-care.New IOPs are available for Child IOP (ages 7-12), Adolescent IOP (ages 13-17), and Young Adult IOP (ages 18 and above).
