Parents who do not receive public assistance can apply for services at their county child support office for a one-time $25 service fee. Parents who receive public assistance for a child whose other parent does not live with them are automatically referred for services and are not charged a service fee.

Services include:- 24 hour/7 days a week support and crisis helpline to screen for safety, stabilize a crisis, support and provide appropriate referrals. All calls are free, confidential, and anonymous.- Mobile crisis response team to provide face-to-face crisis services, including assessment, intervention, and stabilization. The mobile crisis response team works in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and hospital emergency departments. Alluma partners with local law enforcement agencies to respond to 911 calls involving individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.- Supervision and observation through the Crisis Stabilization Unit, a two-bed unit available for adults who need a safe place to recover during a mental health crisis. Provides access to services such as case management, counseling, skills building, and coordination of services to local community resources. Only serves adults ages 18 years and older who volunteer to be admitted to the Crisis Stabilization Unit, are medically stable, and non-aggressive. Does not treat acute medical conditions.
