The program provides a zero-interest revolving credit account with flexible payment terms and manages out-of-pocket expenses, deductibles, and insurance co-payments.

Cash-grant program for families with low incomes experiencing a household emergency. Families can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help.?Short-term, one-time grant assistance for persons in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair.

Provides all-day treatment program as the next step after residential care or a starting point for those who need more than non-intensive outpatient services to build healthy living skills.- Clients typically spend a minimum of 30 hours a week in a PHP/IDP program either in one of the facilities or in a virtual telehealth environment- Combines group therapy, meals, experiential therapies, meal planning, psychoeducation, alternative therapies, and family therapy- Lodging is available in most locations for adult clients coming from a distance

Offers a nurse line available 24 hours/7 days a week for individuals who may need to speak with a nurse about medical care and where to go for care. Nurses can provide medical advice on what potential options are available, such as virtual care, primary care, urgent care options, or seek emergency care if needed at a Park Nicollet Clinic location.

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers.

Responsible for filing and disposition of all felony and gross misdemeanor violations issued in Dakota County. Dakota County Northern and Western Service Centers handle gross misdemeanor but not felony violations.

Financial resource services include:- Billing and insurance program- Patient assistance program: Assistance with payment for medications not covered by insurance or high co-pays- Sliding fee scale program: Fee reduction program for medical and dental is available to patients based on income guidelines, regardless of other coverage. Transportation assistance may be available for Sliding Fee Scale patients who need help with the cost of getting to the clinic.

Deposits are limited to an amount equal to an average month's bill. Does not include late fees, court fees or repairs.

Provides violence prevention, intervention, support, outreach services, and leadership opportunities for youth in residential and community settings. Provides a variety of services to youth of all genders who have experienced relationship violence, sexual assault or exploitation, stalking, or homelessness. Programs include:Movement for Violence Prevention (MVP): Leadership development activities to assist youth-led community engagement, skill enhancement, peer connections, and tools for change to prevent youth violence.Inspiring Youth: A year-long, intensive, community-based program for youth ages 10 - 17 and their families who have been impacted by violence. Youth workers provide comprehensive and culturally responsive mentorship, support, and access to services, activities, and leadership opportunities.Youth Site-Based and Community-Based Housing: Transitional housing for youth and young adults who are victims of violence and exploitation, including sex trafficking. Safety planning and support are provided.Voices in Prevention (VIP): A 6-week violence prevention curriculum serving middle and high school students.
