Required documents

Driver's license health insurance card and/or Medical Assistance card photo ID state ID if sliding fee is needed, proof of address and proof of household income are required

Description

Counseling services include individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Aimed at preventing problems from becoming chronic. Clinical services also include, but are not limited to: - ADHD assessment - Anger management - Group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults - Learning disability assessments - Medication monitoring - Play therapy - Psychiatric services for children and adolescents - Psychological testing/cognitive testing
