- Serves low income residents of Albany, Belgrade, Brooten, Elrosa, Freeport, Greenwald, Meire Grove, Melrose, New Munich, Paynesville, Sauk Centre, Saint Anthony, Saint Francis, and Saint Rosa - Communities that are NOT served by the Central MN Field Office should be referred to Salvation Army - Saint Cloud or their appropriate Salvation Army officeNOTE: Does NOT serve residents of Saint Cloud OR any communities east and south of Saint Cloud, which includes: Avon, Cold Springs, Kimball, Pleasant Lake, Richmond, Rockville, Sartell, Sauk Rapid, Saint Augusta, Saint Joseph, Saint Stephen, and Waite ParkNOTE: Does NOT serve Ramsey or Hennepin County residents

Provides assistance with the following when all other resources have been exhausted:- Food vouchers- Housing assistance including coordinated entry and search assistance - Other emergency needs (when funding is available)- Rent payment assistance- Transportation- Utility service payment assistance including electric, gas, and heating fuel- Youth summer camp scholarships (when funding is available)
