In addition, the maintenance of City parks as well as the care of trees - Yard waste (accepts grass clippings, leaves, and branches) - 503 20th Avenue - 7am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday - (218)834-8810 Recreation: - Coordinates and participates in programs including curling clubs, open gym, recreational skating, senior activities, ski trail, summer youth recreation program, swim program and weight training Two Harbors Economic Development Authority: - Responsible for preserving and creating jobs, enhancing the City's tax base, assisting with certain housing initiatives, promoting the general welfare of the people of the City and to assume primary responsibility for development activities within the City
