- Household Hazardous Waste: 11 am - 6 pm Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm Saturday - Reuse Room: 11 am - 6 pm Friday 9 am - 4 pm Saturday - Yard Waste (April - November): 11 am - 7 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am - 5 pm Saturday 11 am - 5 pm Sunday - Yard Waste (December - March): 9 am - 5 pm Saturday 11 am - 5 pm Sunday

Application process

Walk in Household Hazardous Waste: Remain in vehicle while technician unloads the hazardous waste. In addition to the main collection site, seasonal sites are open throughout the county April - October. Visit website or call for locations.

Provides information on managing waste, recycling, hazardous materials, and other environmental services. Additonal services include: - Collection sites for household hazardous waste and yard waste. Visit website for materials accepted and collection sites: https://maps.co.ramsey.mn.us/CollectionSites/index.html - Needles, syringes, lancets, and other medical sharps disposal. Syringes or EpiPens with liquid remaining in them should be disposed of at the Medicine Collection Program drop-off locations. - Reuse room: Free products like automotive fluids, household cleaners, paint available for residents - 24 hours/7 days a week used oil, filters, and antifreeze collection shed located at1352 Ben Franklin Road, Arden Hills, MN 55112
