Open to all UCare members with a Certificate of Need form; Minnesota counties of Aitkin, Anoka, Benton, Blue Earth, Carlton, Carver, Cass, Chippewa, Chisago, Cook, Cottonwood, Crow Wing, Dakota, Hennepin, Lake, Le Sueur, Lincoln, Lyon, Marshall, Martin, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Mower, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Norman, Olmsted, Otter Tail, Ramsey, Swift, Todd, Wadena, Washington, Watonwan, Winona, Wright, and Yellow Medicine

  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
Arranges non-emergency transportation to and from covered health care services. Transportation may be arranged in the following formats:- Common Carrier: includes taxis and volunteer driver programs- Public bus and light rail: may be available for the 7-county metro area and St. Cloud, Duluth, and the greater St. Louis County area- Specialized Transportation Services: includes wheelchair vans and stretcher vehicles
