Open to all individuals who are ages 18 and over, must meet all the following requirements:- Have assets of $10,000 or less- Have combined income at or below 200% of poverty- Have earned income at the time of enrollment and deposit savings from earned income

A matched savings program for individuals striving to create a savings account. The program requires:- Earned income must be used towards purchasing their first home, starting a business, or pursuing post-secondary education- Participants must agree to be involved in budget counseling and setting financial goals- Participants save up money in an individual savings account, and the program deposits $3 for every $1 the individual deposits in the account
