- Case managers and attorneys specialize in mediation, negotiation, and education. Advocate on behalf of patients experiencing the following issues: Access to care, job retention, and debt crisis - Offers assistance to patients with specific issues they are facing with their insurer, employer or creditor regarding insurance, job retention, or debt crisis matters relative to their diagnosis of life-threatening or debilitating diseases. - Provides an education resource library to browse on a variety of topics such as health insurance concerns, diseases, and tips
