Provides a free online platform to coordinate caregivers who are concerned about an older adult in their lives with shared calendars, communication tools, document center, and more.?? Services include: - Access to supportive resources for caregivers - Building a caregiving team online, including family, friends, professionals, and volunteers - Finding and comparing local, community-based resources - Help with tools, tips, and resources on transportation, wellness, safety, security, and more - Managing care schedules and communication with the care team online
