Also provides education, serves as a community and family resource, and contributes extensively to the advancement of HIV-related knowledge.- Case management: Social workers can assist with housing needs, transportation assistance, applying for financial assistance, and clarifying insurance questions- Chemical health assessments- Free, confidential HIV testing for partners of patients- HIV education materials- Nutritional assessments- Medication management- Primary medical care- Psychotherapy services
