Thrift Store: Open to All. Voucher Program: Open to residents of Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington counties and must be initiated by a client's case manager or social service representative.
Vouchers: Referral form from community agency, church, or social service
Thrift Shop: 10:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 4 pm Saturday 12 noon - 4 pm Sunday Donations: 11 am - 4 pm Monday, Wednesday 11 am - 3 pm Saturday
A caseworker must complete the referral form on website, and will be granted access to the Voucher Program Registration to gather basic demographic details. Once submitted, a Basic Needs staff member will reach out to the referred family to schedule an intake appointment. If eligible, the individual will receive a one-time-use voucher, valid for up to nine months, based on assessed need.

No beds, only headboards, and frames - Shoes and boots - Small appliances and lamps; small televisions (no consoles) - Tools and toolboxes Material and old leather items are accepted for recycling purposes Offers thrift store voucher program to qualifying individuals
