- Any adult interested in or in need of substance abuse services must have substance use disorder assessment within the past 6 months that qualifies for outpatient treatment - Primarily serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Washington, and Wright counties
Referral is required unless in-house assessment is conducted
- 9 am - 12 noon and 6 pm - 9 pm Monday - Thursday - Meetings will occur between 1 - 3 days weekly and be based on individual's needs.

Hours of Operation
Helps individuals identify and address problems related to substance use (including co-occurring mental health concerns), and uses both individual and group therapy based on each person's assessment. Offers outpatient and intensive outpatient care as appropriate, with sessions available in-person or via telehealth. Also supports people with opioid use concerns.
