Provides services to individuals experiencing alcohol, chemical, and opioid dependency, including: - Behavioral health therapy - Chemical health screening and treatment - Harm reduction education - Individualized care coordination services - Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) - Acamprosate, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and suboxone - Referrals to Rule 25 assessment and treatment - Syringe exchange services
