Eligibility

  • People living with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) who are registered with the Chapter and are residents of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Superior Wisconsin- Families, friends and health care professionals are welcome to call

9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
