Offers accommodations for individuals requiring rehabilitation from an accident, surgery, or illness, end-of-life care, as well as those needing a long-term supportive environment. Provides 139-accommodations which includes 29 short-term rehabilitation units. Service and amenities include: - 24 hour/7 days a week admission, Registered Nurses (RN), and care specialists - Chapel, library, gift shop, and beauty/barber shop - Community rooms available for resident/family events - Daily housekeeping, linen, and personal laundry services - Hospice care - Kosher meals and snacks - Long-term and short-term rehabilitation - On-site therapy clinics for physical, occupational, and speech - On-site x-ray, lab services, podiatry, optometry, orthotic, audiology, and dental services - Outdoor courtyard - Recreational, music, and pet therapies
