- Students grades pre-k - 12 who are residents of one of the following school districts: Bertha-Hewitt, Browerville, Frazee-Vergas, Henning, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle, Menahga, New York Mills, Perham-Dent, Pillager, Sebeka, Staples-Motley, Verndale, Wadena-Deer Creek - Adult Basic Education: Adults ages 18 or older who are residents of Bertha-Hewitt, Browerville, Little Falls, Long Prairie, Menahga, Motley, Pierz, Pillager, Royalton, Sebeka, Staples, Swanville, Upsala, Verndale, and Wadena
