Description

Offers in-person support from trained court staff who are available to assist with general procedural information and provide access to court resources. Court staff can: - Explain how to complete court forms - Offer general guidance on court rules, procedures, and practices - Provide information about court cases, when legally permitted - Refer individuals to additional resources when necessary - Supply court-approved forms for specific types of cases, including Conciliation Court, domestic abuse, and harassment matters - Share court calendars and information on scheduling hearings - Some counties may provide specialized self-help centers (e.g., Family Law Self Help Centers).
