Environmental Health Programs are managed by the Clay County Health Department and include the following services:- Food and beverage safety- Food license applications- Inspections of lodging, mobile home, and recreational parks- Water testingAdditional services:- Complaint and nuisance response- Enforcement of county environmental regulations- Initiatives to improve public health and safety- Licensing of regulated establishments- Outbreak investigations- Sampling and analysis of public water supplies- Support during natural disasters
