Provides mental health services for adults in need and contracts with local agencies to provide services. Services include:- 24/7 crisis line- Crisis response, emergency services, and stabilization services- Education and prevention services- Mental health assessment- Mental health targeted case management- Referral to community partner mental health agencies for outpatient/inpatient treatment, day treatment, and partial hospitalization programs
