Offers a variety of community health services, including: - Community health promotion - Health education programs - School health programs including screening, education, and consultation to schools through contractual arrangements - Foot care clinics - Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP) interventions to prevent obesity by implementing policy, systems, and environmental changes to increase physical activity and intake of healthy food choices - Programs to decrease the use of tobacco and other drugs in youth and decrease the use of tobacco in all populations
