Eligibility
- Open to all Minnesota residents who are a U.S. citizen, who are in the U.S. legally, or lawfully present
- Families that include immigrants can apply; applicants do not have to be a U.S. citizen to qualify for coverage through MNsure
- Minnesota residents who are not eligible and can apply on behalf of their children
- No Age restriction for applicants; adults may apply on behalf of their children
