Provides services in 12 adult foster care homes throughout Minnesota. Each home offers an individualized, rehabilitative approach to treatment and support for people with mental illness. Services offered include:- Independent living skills building- Individual and group counseling services- Medication management, medication education, and medication supervision- Physical health management- Socialization opportunities and more- Trained staff supervision (24 hours at most homes)- Transportation
