DHS Rule 3 enrollment packet including immunization record physical for each child emergency contacts (including doctor and dentist) income information subsidy authorization
7:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
Interpreters available
Call for appointment and application; parent will meet with program staff and tour the program. Paperwork will be given to the parent for completion. Walk in inquiries welcome.

Program Fees
Provides early education and enrichment activities that promote growth and development while preparing children for kindergarten. Parents receive ongoing support and information from teachers regarding developmental milestones and achievements, health and safety, nutrition, and exercise. Provides individualized attention in addressing challenging behaviors in children. Early developmental screenings and occupational, physical, and speech therapy services are available on-site.
