Eligibility
Serves the following individuals if there is an active chapter in their area:- Adults living with a disability - Church groups- Hospice patients- Intergenerational- Persons ages 55 and older- People living in nursing homes and assisted living centers - VeteransA current fishing license is required unless living in a nursing home or assisted living facility.
Required documents
If applicable, a valid fishing license is required. All persons boarding watercraft need to sign boarding pass.
