Description

Family practice providing: - Acute same day visits* - Chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, COPD, asthma, etc) - Consultations with a dietitian - Immunizations - Preventive exams - Telehealth *Same day appointments for patients with immediate health needs. These might include: - Fevers, colds, coughs, and sore throats - Illness with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea - Minor cuts, lacerations, and stitches - Minor asthma attacks - Sinus problems, earaches, and headaches - Skin allergies and rashes - Urinary tract infections Same day medical does not take the place of an emergency room or an urgent care clinic.
