- Call; visit website to book reservations- Accessibility: Customers with special requirements can make reservations through the Megabus website. Just select "Yes" when asked if there are any passengers traveling with special requirements and answer a few simple questions.- All arrivals and departures: Ramp C entrance, 318 3rd Avenue North, between Washington Avenue and Target Field. The stop is under the parking structure; a waiting room is available.- All arrivals and departures: 2nd floor, Union Depot Bus Ramp, 240 East Kellogg Boulevard. No car access on the bus platform; parking and customer drop-off available on Kellogg Boulevard and in the parking ramp.
