- Office: 9 am - 5 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9 am - 7 pm Tuesday 9 am - 4 pm Friday - Sessions: Typically last an hour and are scheduled every other week, but can be flexible to work with the client's schedule

An 8-session program designed for expecting or experienced mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships. Participants work one-on-one with a Certified Life Coach, and are provided parenting education, confidence boosting, stress reduction, and healthy coping skills. Offers two monthly groups: Moms Group and Latina Moms Group. Moms Group is an opportunity to build community with other moms. Latina Mom's Group is an opportunity to build community with other Spanish-speaking moms. Topics for both groups vary based on client interests and needs.
