Program components including:- Group skills training: Meet once a week for 2-3 hours- Individual DBT therapy: Weekly individual sessions with a trained DBT therapist- Phone coaching: Available as needed outside of the therapy-hour- Diary cards and assignments: Used in both Skills Group and Individual DBT Therapy, participants can rate their mood, behavior, and skills on a daily basis including practice exercises. DBT Graduate Group available for ongoing care and support for adults who have recently completed a standard (stage 1) DBT program.
