Description

Provides a free program for families to learn and follow along with their child's physical and social-emotional health development. Parents may learn: - An easy way to find out about other services for their child/family - Finding fun ideas about what to teach and at what age to teach their children skills - Ways to learn about the child The program includes: - Information about fun activities for the parent and child to do together - Questionnaires sent to the parent starting at 4 months - 3 years of age, where the parent will fill out and submit
