Designed to promote part-time, temporary employment through which participants are engaged in community service and receive work experience and job skills that can lead to unsubsidized employment. The goal is to enhance employment opportunities for older individuals and promote older workers as a solution for businesses seeking a trained, qualified, and reliable workforce. Services include: - Adult education (ESL, GED, math) - Assessments - Computer skills - Health screening - Individual employment plans - Job search - Networking - Support services
