Eligibility
Open to all individuals who may qualify if they have a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or more. They may also qualify if they have a BMI 35 - 39 and at least 1 condition, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or sleep apnea, that may improve with treatment for obesity.
