Nursing home for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation (intense physical, occupational, or speech therapy, depending on the need, so that the client can return back home within 3-4 weeks.) Oak Hills has set aside rooms to provide hospice care. The Hospice team and the staff at Oak Hills will provide medications, equipment, and supplies to support the hospice diagnosis.
