County Attorney Services - Watonwan County Attorney

Responsibilities of the County Attorney's Office include: - Coordinate with the Victim-Witness Program to provide support, information, and notifications to crime victims - Provide legal counsel to the Watonwan County Board of Commissioners, county departments, and county committees - Serve as chief prosecutor for all felony, gross misdemeanor, and juvenile offenses committed within Watonwan County - Represent Watonwan County in state and federal courts and in proceedings before agencies, commissions, boards, and other authorized forums
