Partner families work in partnership with Habitat by providing "sweat equity" and purchasing their homes through an affordable mortgage. The mortgage payments are put back into a revolving fund to build with more families in need in the community. Families must qualify for the program by demonstrating their need for housing, their willingness to partner, and their ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
