Eligibility

Pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding mothers, infants, and children up to age 5 who are income-eligible or are enrolled in SNAP, Medical Assistance, MNCare, Head Start, Energy Assistance, or Federal Free and Reduced School Lunch Program

Required documents

Application picture ID for adult receiving the WIC card, proof of ID for all applicants proof of address, proof of income or letter of eligibility for programs listed above

8 am - 4:30 am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 am - 6 pm Tuesday

Description

WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and supplemental food for pregnant and postpartum women, infants, and children ages birth - 5 who are income eligible and have a nutritional need.
