Description

Provides an after-school reading instruction for children in grades Kindergarten - 8. The program includes: - Alignment with state academic standards - Culturally-based program and culturally specific leveled texts - Free books given to each student - Individual and small group instruction - Pre- and post-assessment and instruction with cultural enrichment to help students improve reading skills, reading levels, and academic achievement - Trained subject tutors
