Description

Provides comprehensive support to refugees and asylees resettled in the United States, helping them integrate, find employment, access services, and connect with local communities. Services include: - Refugee resettlement assistance for clients previously resettled through World Relief - Employment counseling with language support for Somali, Russian, Spanish, and French speakers, for refugees or asylees in the United States, for less than five years - Refugee cash assistance to support basic needs during resettlement - Immigration services, including family reunification, green card applications, and citizenship assistance - Educational outreach to congregations about refugee issues and ways to support local resettlement - Volunteer engagement, linking churches and individuals to refugees through sponsorship, friendship-building, employment help, and donations of furniture and other essentials
