Application Process
Collects new and gently used toys, cleans them, adds batteries if needed, packages them, and displays them for children and families to choose. Offers toys suitable for children from birth - 12 years old, allowing individuals to select up to two toys per child, with a maximum of six toys per family. Donations of new and gently used toys can be made at The Toy Shelf, Inc., or at three drop-box locations in North Saint Paul and Oakdale.
