Description

The Dental Access Program offers dental services at no cost to qualifying individuals. Approved individuals will meet with a partnering dentist to identify necessary treatment. Preapproved services are then covered up to $1,500 per lifetime for oral care. This program is a collaboration between Winona Area Public Schools, Winona Community Foundation and Winona Volunteer Services. To apply, individuals/students must have no dental insurance or require a service that Medical Assistance does not cover, and households must have a gross income less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
