Free Membership: - Leech Lake Band Members - Federally Recognized Tribe Members - Current employees of LLBO, MCT, LL Gaming Division, Tribal Police, LL Tribal College, Indian Health Service Individual Membership: - $5 for 1 day pass - $15 for 1 week pass - $30 for 1 month pass - $75 for 3 month pass - $130 for 6 month pass - $240 for 12 month pass Family Membership (immediate family only): - $50 for 1 month pass - $125 for 3 month pass - $220 for 6 month pass - $340 for 12 month pass

Application Process
Persons do not need to have diabetes to use the fitness center, however those who have diabetes will have priority on any of the exercise machines. Membership includes: - Orientation with fitness equipment - Fitness assessments and personal exercise plans - Personal training sessions - Group exercise classes - Seasonal bike rentals/check-out - Fitness challenges with incentives - Annual memorial walk/run - Monitor blood sugar pre/post exercise - Monitor blood pressure pre/post exercise if needed - Help obtain medical clearance if needed - Locker room with showers - Pool use at Palace and Northern Lights Casinos
